A. At this time, our chefs will demo the recipes and there will be a tasting at the end
A. We have demos once a quarter. Demos are usually on Sundays at 4 pm.
A. There is no cost at this time. Please feel to join us and bring a friend.
A. The majority of our cooking classes are plant-based. If dairy is used our chef will also give a plant-based substitution.
A. No, Healthy Mānoa is run by Hale Kōkua O Mānoa. It coordinates with Blues Zones Project at times to bring in a guest chef. We consider Blue Zones Project to be a valued partner!
A. Healthy Mānoa is led by Maile and Bren Chun. They are pediatric dentists by day who love to share their passion for plant-based food with everyone they meet! Every demo will have different guest chefs.
